Something very exciting happened in December. My first (blood related) niece was born!!  I can’t even tell you how excited we all were awaiting her arrival. After a stressful few days and even more stressful few hours involving an emergency C section we all breathed a sigh of relief.  Finally, our sweet and healthy baby Tia had arrived!  Three weeks later I made my way to Kamloops to photograph their lifestyle family photography session. Not to mention I happily had 1,000 baby snuggles.  I can’t even remember when my daughter was this small.  Looking back at it now, it was a blur of sleepless nights and days filled with diapers, feedings and naps.  What a perfect little girl. I’m so thankful to have been able to photograph some pretty important moments in my brother and sister in law’s life.

I’ve had the privilege of being there for their engagement session in San Francisco to their Kamloops maternity session and now this precious little bean’s arrival!  Oh my heart.
