The mighty dandelions
Are not meant to be restrained.
Collectively, their beauty’s fierce,
They multiply in rain.

Should you find yourself
Alone in field and soon surrounded
Be mindful of your wayward eyes,
Or else you’ll be astounded.

The mighty dandelions
Are not known to spare their prey.
They’ll spin their yellow heads at you
And you’ll never get away.

Your one chance for survival
Is to leave your worldly cares.
Sit real still and smile at them,
They’ll let you live right there.
