Kerry & Craig Engaged!

Engagement sessions are one of the best parts of my job. Unlike a wedding there is no pressure, time crunch, or stress involved and it’s a great way to get to know your clients before their big day. Kerry and Craig are getting married at Church & State Winery in September and I am sooo pumped for it! Not only is it a great location but these two are super awesome! They are low key yet up for anything and everything even if it involves me asking them to lay on wet grass for the sake of a picture. The day of the shoot was absolutely gorgeous but when we got down to Ogden Point (the very location that Craig proposed – cute!) it was SUPER windy. Regardless of the weather we managed to get some great shots before we headed over to Beacon Hill Park where the happy couple’s pug Basil got a taste of the limelight! The lighting at the end of the shoot was absolutely perfect and my favorite shots are the last ones in the field. If only light could be like this for every shoot.
