Katie & Kaya’s Mini Session

I held my first “mini session” day at Beacon Hill Park on the Easter Monday this year and pretty much had the best time ever!  Katie and Kaya were my first session of the day and were such dolls. I know the girls a bit since they are my friend Laura’s nieces (you may remember her from her photo session here) and we always get my step son and the girls together to play when they are in town because they are all around the same age.   Photographing these girls makes me wish more than ever that I had a sister – there is just something about sisterly love that is special and unique.  I did used to dress my brother up in my dresses and makeup – I guess that will have to suffice.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures of their mini session.
