Today was the nicest day of the year so far. I had a little extra time to kill so I walked around in Oak Bay and took lots of pictures at the beach and the marina. I was for sure going to use a picture of a few boats but then saw this crazy bike parked on the boardwalk with all of these signs all over it opposing the War on Terrorism. How very Victorian…..
