A Photo A Day – Day #93

I found this McDonalds litter on the ground outside my building and it got me to thinking about the last time I ate fast food. I’m not even sure how long it’s been – years probably. Not only am I healthier than I have ever been but I feel like my friends and family are too.  With all of the information readily available to us these days we are empowered to make healthier decisions and inspired by what we see online.  But then – I walk downtown and see all of these new fast food places going into empty spaces – Fat Burger, Burger King – UGGG!  Obviously there are still enough people out there eating this crap to support places like this. People need to become more educated and aware not only of what they are putting into their bodies but how it’s affecting the world!!!  That’s my rant for the day and the inspiration behind this picture.
