Tamika & Shay – Victoria Mini Portrait Session

Tamika contacted me a couple of weeks ago to inquire about photo options. Her and her boyfriend Shay were going to be visiting Victoria all the way from Texas and she was pretty sure that he was going to propose to her so she wanted to have some photos done to celebrate and document their special trip.  I was more than happy to oblige and couldn’t wait to meet them and hear all about the proposal.

When we met up in Beacon Hill park one of the first things Tamika told me was that she was engaged and her prediction was right. I’m so glad she told me right away because I didn’t want to ask about it in case it hadn’t happened (awkward much?).  It all went down at the Buchart Gardens  – good work Shay!  These two were a complete joy to work with and our half an hour mini session flew by in no time.  Thank you two for choosing me to document this exciting time in your lives. I hope our paths cross again someday 🙂
