Jon & Susannah // Victoria Wedding Photography
Picture this: a beautiful garden villa, an amazingly sunny gorgeous day with not a cloud in the sky, a fun loving and easy going group of people and two people crazy in love. That pretty much sums up Jon & Susannah’s wedding day. I loved their concept – a daytime garden wedding followed by a BBQ lunch with friends and family. It was intimate, casual and just perfect. There is something so special about the way Jon can make Susannah laugh on cue – I loved watching them together throughout the day. Here are some of my favorites from their wedding.
Whenever I get to shoot at the stunning Villa Marco Polo I’m such a happy girl. The staff, the location, it’s a dream!
These stunning florals were done by Susannah’s Aunt – what talent! And they smelled AMAZING.
After the ceremony we headed to The Government House to take advantage of their gorgeous gardens.
Any bride who wears Converse underneath her wedding dress is A ok in my books.
After the portraits, we headed back to the Villa Marco Polo for the lunch reception.
The food was DELICIOUS thanks to Truffles Catering.
The bride and groom’s friends and family had a special surprise for them during the reception. They made a medley of songs with their own lyrics and did a little skit on the progression of their relationship. It was awesome!
Susannah is a baker and made these cupcakes. These were hands down THE BEST CUPCAKES I HAVE EVER HAD. Jon you are a lucky, lucky man.
Jon & Susannah – I wish you a lifetime full of love, happiness and living life to the fullest. Thank you for having me at your wedding – it was a pleasure.
