Mike + Jenn // Victoria Wedding Photography
I love how there always seems to be 3 degrees of separation in Victoria. Turns out this stunning bride, Jenn, is friends with my last equally stunning bride Lea (in the blog post just before this one) as they grew up in a small town in BC together. ALSO, I had taken engagement photos for Jenn’s cousin Ali a few years ago. I absolutely LOVE seeing past clients at weddings!
Jenn & Mike got married at the Delta Ocean Point in July. It’s hard to beat the backdrop of our beautiful city….such a great venue! Jenn and her ladies enjoyed each others company while getting ready in the morning surrounded by many sweet little ladies who were so excited about the big day (there were 4 flower girls – sooo cute!). It’s so apparent that Jenn is very close with her family and as such was surrounded by so so much love on her big day.
When Mike saw Jenn walking towards him you could tell by the look on his face how much he loves this girl. After the ceremony, the wedding party immediately went into the restaurant and did shots (so fun) to celebrate. We also had a party limo to drive us to the Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park for some wedding party and bride and groom photos. Such a fun bunch! The good times continued through the reception and there were some hilarious moments during the games they played. Mike guessed Jenn’s hands blindfolded no problem but she couldn’t tell which butt was his….lots of laughs. There were so many more memorable moments of the day but I’ll let you take a look through some of the photos instead.
