Kyla and Tom’s intimate backyard wedding this past Saturday was simply gorgeous. They tied the knot at Kyla’s parents stunning Saanich property, hilltop with the most beautiful view. The rain held off (mostly) and these two were able to say the most meaningful “I-Do’s” in front of their nearest and dearest. Their reception will follow…
In my class last night we watched the movie “Baraka” as the theme was inspiration and this movie is where my teachers draws his from. It got me to thinking……what are my sources of inspiration? This. Just so much this. Childhood unplugged and as it should be. Running around in the garden in bare feet in pretty dresses with bug bites finding critters and inspecting them. I hope you enjoy this Bella Coola portrait session as much as I enjoyed shooting it.
