Claire & Dale – Vancouver Engagement Photography
I met Claire and Dale about 4 years ago at Rodney’s Oyster House in Vancouver. My husband and I were there for a work function – he actually works for the same company as Dale but none of us had ever met before. We all hit it off and had such a good time that night. Since then a lot has changed for them including the fact that they got engaged! Which is awesome for the obvious reasons but also for the fact that I get to see them a lot more since I’m photographing their wedding in Kelowna this coming August. I honestly can’t wait. Claire has impeccable taste and I just know the wedding will be nothing short of gorgeous and filled with lots of love. Plus these two are such a good looking couple that they make my job easy.
We met up on what was supposed to be a typical rainy Vancouver day but as luck would have it the sun actually made a short appearance while we were strolling through Gas town. After taking some urban photos we headed to a park near the beach and snapped a few more there. For the last part of our session it did start pouring rain….I can’t believe it held out for as long as it did! Thanks you two for being so awesome and for cracking a bottle of champagne with me at 11 in the morning – you really are my kind of people!
