Thetis Lake Engagement // Stephanie & Laine

This Thetis Lake engagement with Stephanie and Laine was a year and a half ago! It’s so hard to believe that the time has gone by so fast in some regards. I met Stephanie at a coffee shop a few years back, knowing we had a lot in common.  Her and Laine have a little one around the same age as my daughter.  We probably bonded over moms things like being tired and having stains on our shirts 🙂

These two are the sweetest couple. I can tell they are very comfortable with one another – they have a calm and quiet energy about them.  We met at Thetis one gorgeous sunny morning and wandered around enjoying the scenery.  I could tell they were both a bit nervous at first but their nerves dissipated when they realized what an utter dork I am. I am truly willing to do anything to make you smile when you are in front of my camera!

Stephanie and Laine have since very unfortunately had to cancel their wedding due to COVID. I’m really hoping that once things settle down they are able to get on with their dream wedding at Hatley Castle and say I do!  Stay tuned for that and leave them some love in the comments below.
