Molly & David // Sea Cider Wedding Photography
David & Molly’s wedding was a great way to cap off my wedding season for 2015. It was my first time shooting at Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse and it was such a gorgeous and intimate venue. We were graced with a little of everything – some rain, some clouds, some sun and everything in between which made for a nice variety of photos! I just loved the originality that these two injected into their day – an intimate wedding with a 1920’s theme at a lovely Ciderhouse. Just so good. Here are a few shots from the day:
Molly & David decided to do a first look – he might have been a tad excited to see her 🙂
Molly & David’s son, Dexter, was an integral part of the wedding and looked oh so dapper in his little suit. He is quite the character and such a little sweetheart.
This moment made me cry. It didn’t help that I was 5 months pregnant. I’m not sure how Molly held it together.
Dexter got his very own ring…he was pretty stoked.
Molly & David had their rings passed around to be blessed by their family and friends with good wishes. We did this at our wedding too – I just love this idea so much.
After the ceremony we braved the elements to get some shots outside – it was POURING. But so worth it 🙂
The reception had so many fun elements – I loved the ideas of a 1920’s time capsule and props to dress yourself up to take pictures with.
There were also a few Lord of the Rings references…..
This incredible cake was made by David’s sister who used to be a baker. She did such an amazing job!
Money shot! David was a good sport….
Molly & David – I’m so thankful that I got to play a small role in the next step of your relationship together. It was truly one of the most original weddings I’ve been lucky enough to document and your love for each other was very apparent throughout. I can’t wait to hear all about this next chapter in your life and wish you both all the best in the future.
